Nathan Korb will be teaching Tai Chi Chuan now on Mondays and Fridays at Noon. Come join him in this gentle practice of moving meditation that develops core strength, upright posture, and a calm mind. Nathan guides students through the Thirteen Kinetic Movements, a short form well-suited for personal practice in and out of class. Nathan began training in Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan with Master George Ling Hu in 1995 and is dedicated to sharing the numerous benefits of Tai Chi Chuan. In Tai Chi Chuan, we are all beginners and everyone is welcome! Nathan 925-1144.  This class is part of our on-going class card system!
