Multi-level Yoga classes are offered, grounded in the fundamentals of breath and alignment. Experience a
Yoga practice to help cultivate compassion through self-acceptance, as you meet yourself in your limitations and strength, and develop peace within yourself.

These classes offer clear instruction and modifications for those who might need them. The teachers are Certified Teachers as well as students of Yoga for over 15 yrs. More information on classes below and visit the teachers page for information on the yoga teachers.

Class Descriptions:

Yoga Basics: A gentle place to begin with an introduction to the paths of Yoga , breath, asana, meditation, and restoratives.

Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga for the Young at Heart to regain balance, flexibility and strength. This class blends gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation for a whole body approach. Perfect for older people.

Advanced Beginners: This class explores functional movements with alignment and also includes focus on the physiology/anatomy of poses to deepen your Yoga practice.

Level 2 yoga: Here we learn/practice inversions and how poses  assist in changing our physiology to facilitate healing and deep peace.  The student should have significant Yoga experience usually obtained through several years of Yoga practice or instruction.

Flow Yoga: Involves sequencing poses to build a gentle flow from one pose to another. Body awareness with some experience in yoga required.
